Important Reservation Information

• Provide the Length of Your RVand Number of Dogs in the “Additional Remarks” section.
• Need Handicapped Parking?Include this in your remarks and bring your handicapped sticker.
• Performance Participants:Please note in your reservation, and you’ll be assigned to the performance parking area.
• Parking Assignments:Made for prepaid reservations only.
• No Reservation?Arrivals without a reservation will be parked based on available spaces, regardless of location.

Pricing:

• 30 Amp:$50 per day per plug
• 50 Amp:$65 per day per plug

Agricenter Policies:

• No straw, hay, or shavings allowed in exercise pens or campsites.
• Enter through theEast Gate and bring a 100-ft hose due to water availability.

Departure: Exhibitors wishing to stay after the Best in Show judging on December 2, 2024, must arrange for alternative parking with the guard station.

Perry Area Hotel & Motel Guidelines for Dog Exhibitors

Exhibitors booking hotel accommodations are expected to follow these guidelines to maintain good relations with hotels and ensure future privileges.

Hotel/Motel Rules for Dog Owners:

1. Use plastic sheeting under every crate in hotel rooms.
2. Crate dogs when owners are not present.
3. Dogs must be on a leash at all times in hotel areas.
4. Clean up after dogs in designated exercise areas.
5. Bathing of dogs in hotel rooms is not allowed; facilities are available at the show site.
6. Hotels may inspect rooms daily and report issues.
7. Damage claims must be resolved on-site when possible.
