Winter Wonderland Cluster Vendor Booth Space Guidelines
Event Dates: November 26 - December 1, 2024
Vendor Booth Requirements:
- Invitation Only
Vendor spaces are available strictly by invitation and pre-assignment only. - Indoor and Limited Outdoor Spaces
Indoor spaces are prioritized, with a limited number of outdoor spaces available. See pricing below. - Set-Up Schedule
The building opens for vendor set-up on Monday, November 25, 2024, at noon.- Inside trailers must be positioned by 1:30 pm.
- All vehicles must be removed by 2:00 pm— no exceptions. Vendors must unload quickly and remove vehicles immediately to avoid congestion.
- Restocking Supplies
Restocking should occur either before daily judging begins or after the “Best in Show” announcement each day. - Space Allocation
The Show Committee reserves the right to limit space for each vendor, and no sharing of vendor spaces is permitted. - Application & Payment
Complete the "Winter Wonderland Cluster Vendor Booth Application" and include payment by November 1, 2024. Include proof of insurance. Confirmation will be sent via email upon receipt. - Payment Details
- All payments should be made via U.S. check or money order to "Kennesaw Kennel Club."
- Returned checks are subject to Georgia Code O.C.G.A. § 13-6-15 (2016).
- RV Parking
Vendor fees do not include overnight RV parking. See the “RV Camping Reservation Request” for early registration. - Unclaimed Spaces
Winter Wonderland Cluster reserves the right to rent unclaimed spaces on the event day via cash payment. The Cluster reserves the right to accept or refuse any vendor. - Vendor Listing in Program
Vendor information will be included in the event catalog and judging program. Listings will feature vendor name, contact person, phone, email, and website/social media link. See attached “Advertising Rate Sheet.” - Catalog Advertising
Use the catalog to advertise specials or discounts. See the attached “Advertising Rate Sheet” for rates. - Vendor Rates
- 10’ x 10’ Booth:$500
- 10’ x 20’ Booth:$750
- 15’ x 25’ Booth:$850
- Outdoor and custom-sized spaces available upon request.
- Electricity
Each vendor will have access to one 20-amp 120V outlet (with two plugs). Additional outlets are available at $45 for the week. - Payment Deadline
Check payments must be received by November 1, 2024. After this date, only credit cards or cash will be accepted.
Security
For vendor security, an off-duty police officer will be on-site during show days:
- From the building’s opening for 4 hours and again from 3:00 pm until lock-up.
